Profile

Harry joined Raven after working within Citibank’s front office team as a Business Analyst. As a member of the Transactions team, Harry has supported a variety of transactions including sell-side M&A, buy-side M&A and private capital funding rounds for SME’s. Harry has undertaken several research tasks on behalf of Raven clients and assists the ongoing elements of day-to-day transactions across the firm.

Harry holds the Certificate and Diploma in Corporate Finance and is working towards the full Corporate Finance qualification with CISI/ICAEW. These qualifications provide him with strong technical expertise and practical insight to advise clients on their deal activity.
