Ryan is a Chartered Accountant and has over 30 years of combined experience in accounting, finance, and business information system consulting, specialising in implementing, optimising and tailoring systems and processes to meet client’s specific business needs.
Over 25 years, at Raven Consulting, Business Advisory Solutions and in previous roles at a Big 4 consultancy, Ryan has been instrumental in projects spanning the entire systems lifecycle, from procurement to implementation, optimisation and end-user training.
With a keen understanding of good practice in business information/ERP systems and extensive industry exposure, he guides clients across sectors such as professional services, finance, manufacturing, retail, tourism, and public sector organisations, maximising the value of their systems through tailored solutions.
In addition to system implementation, Ryan excels as a proficient spreadsheet modeller, addressing management information needs and rectifying inefficiencies in spreadsheet usage across organisations.
Moreover, he focuses on optimising business processes, aiming to enhance the efficiency of both the business information/ERP system and accompanying processes.
