Tanuj is a Transfer Pricing Lead at Raven, with 22 years of professional experience. He previously worked extensively with Big Four accounting firms in Ireland and India before joining Raven in 2025.

Tanuj has significant experience in advance pricing agreements and mutual agreement procedures, as well as transfer pricing planning projects including business restructuring, IP planning and IP valuation. His expertise also covers transfer pricing compliance reviews, Irish audits, EU arbitration, transfer pricing litigation, FIN 48 opinions, UK Diverted Profits Tax proceedings, HMRC audits, appellate proceedings, and legal agreement reviews.

He has led and delivered extensive transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files, Master Files and Country-by-Country Reporting, and has managed large-scale documentation assignments across more than 30 countries for major inbound and outbound clients, in line with OECD transfer pricing guidelines and other international standards.

Qualifications

• Tanuj is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with degree (Hons.) in Commerce and is a Certified Valuation Professional from Institute of Chartered Accountants.
