We were retained by the Mallaghan Group to help develop and implement a marketing plan for China. Led by our Asia director, Vicki Chiu, we conducted a detailed survey of the China airport market and the significant growth trends that have been forecast over the next 20 years. Our work identified a number of key areas within China that were likely to see the largest demand for expansions and the key distributors/end-users. We worked with the company to develop their strategy and connect with key contacts.

Mallaghan continue to grow their China business and are well-placed to increase market share.
