We were retained by Kainos to develop a market entry strategy for the German market and create account plans for target companies. Working closely with the European management team, we developed a strong value proposition which reflected their key successes and competitive advantage. From this, we then undertook a segmentation of the German enterprise market to identify and better understand the needs for target buyers. We then worked with the Kainos team to implement the strategy and engage with qualified buyers.

Kainos are now actively engaged with a range of buyers within large German enterprises with significant opportunity for new sales.
