Biznet, a supplier of vendor management software into the energy sector, wanted to identify and access new market sectors that had a similar supplier profile to their existing customers

Using existing databases, supplemented by research from our Belfast office and off-shore marketing team, we developed a new marketing strategy and a detailed sales plan, including recommendations for changes in sales structure. Key to the execution of this plan was the development of channel partners, particularly system integrators that can supply domain experience and facilitate access to target companies.

The result, several new market segments were successfully developed and a trade sale of the business.
