Aepona wanted a replacement accounting system.


Working in collaboration with the Aepona team, we outlined a comprehensive list of requirements, which were subsequently presented to the market for tender. We provided expert guidance to the team in the careful selection of a fitting and effective system. Following this, we actively supported the implementation process and conducted thorough training sessions for staff to optimise their utilisation of the system. Additionally, we played a key role in defining and testing a tailored system development aimed at streamlining the processing of employee expense claims.


The result, Aepona obtained improved management information and were able to grow the business significantly without increasing administrative staff numbers.
