East Belfast Enterprise wanted assistance with finance function projects and wider business information requirements.


We reviewed and reported on existing finance function and opportunities for improvement. Implementing a new accounting system and developing data structures to facilitate charity reporting and project-based reporting. Developing a automated board reporting solution which delivered the required business information in a user-friendly format. We provided monthly management accounting and VAT support and finance function support during periods of staff absence.


The result, East Belfast Enterprise have transformed their finance function. The board and senior management now have clear insight into the performance of the business and confidence in their decision-making.
