We analysed the existing sales process, delved into current revenue streams, conducted regional industry assessments, and strategically realigned teams according to individual strengths. We developed and implemented a suitable growth strategy, devised and executed novel sales processes, outsourced non-core activities such as lead generation and qualification, restructured the sales team, and introduced new metrics prioritizing customer satisfaction over mere sales numbers. Additionally, we implemented management techniques to ensure sustained efficiency and effectiveness throughout operations.

Working closely with the management team, we helped the company to double sales and significantly improve profitability. We helped identify a trade buyer that would add significant value to the business and facilitated an acquisition by the TASI Group.
